Privacy Policy

Effective date: July 4, 2026
Note from Bootright: This is a plain-language privacy policy written to honestly describe how Bootright handles your information. It is a starting template, not legal advice. Have a lawyer review it before relying on it, especially once real payments are flowing.

Bootright ("Bootright," "we," "us") is a business-launch coaching app operated by Brandon Corliss, based in New Hampshire, USA. This policy explains what we collect, why, who we share it with, and your choices. Questions: supportbootright@gmail.com.

The short version

We collect the information you give us (your account, your answers, your plans, your money entries) and a little technical data, so the app can work and feel like yours. We don't sell your data. We use a small number of trusted services to run the app, and one of them is an AI provider that processes what you type into the agents. You can delete your account and data anytime.

What we collect

Information you give us:

Information collected automatically:

How we use your information

We do not sell your personal information, and we do not show ads or let advertisers pay to influence what Bootright recommends.

The services we use (subprocessors)

Bootright runs on a small set of trusted providers. They process your data only to provide their service to us:

We may update this list as the app grows. Material changes will be reflected here.

AI features and your inputs

Bootright's agents use AI to generate guidance. What you type into an agent is sent to our AI provider to produce your answer. AI output can be wrong or incomplete, so treat it as a helpful starting point, not gospel, and don't enter information you wouldn't want processed by a third-party AI service.

How long we keep your data

We keep your information while your account is active. If you delete your account, we delete or anonymize your personal data within a reasonable period, except where we must keep limited records (for example, payment records required for tax or legal reasons).

Your choices and rights

Security

We use reputable providers and reasonable measures to protect your information. No method of storage or transmission is 100% secure, so we can't promise absolute security, but we take it seriously.

Children

Bootright is intended for adults and is not directed to anyone under 18. We don't knowingly collect information from children. If you believe a child has given us information, contact us and we'll remove it.

Changes to this policy

We may update this policy as Bootright evolves. We'll change the effective date above and, for material changes, give reasonable notice in the app or by email.
